The Creations Group (TCG) was founded by Danny Iskandar Lim and Caroline Chan in 2001 to take advantage of the property investment and development opportunities available in Melbourne, Australia. TCG quickly expanded from Melbourne, Victoria to the other states and territories of Australia.
In late 2003, TCG expanded into Hong Kong, PRC and the South East Asian region. TCG expanded into Japan in 2009 and into the USA in 2010.
TCG is experienced in researching new markets and identifying niche opportunities in residential, commercial and industrial projects. TCG critically assesses the potentials of each project and applies unique value-adding and tax minimization strategies.
TCG's dynamic management style and company structure enables it to swiftly capitalize on good opportunities in creative ways to deliver maximum returns for shareholders and partners.

Danny Iskandar Lim - Danny's passion is in property development and financial strategies, including structuring and sourcing of finance. Danny has over 10 years of experience in all facets of property investments and development, having developed, invested and managed over 800 individually titled properties worth in excess of USD200 million AUM. Danny is also a director of Golden Gate Developments Group.
Caroline Chan - Caroline's background is in law, specialising in the Energy, Mining and Resources sector at a leading Australian law firm prior to starting TCG. Caroline also has extensive experience in the manufacturing and merchandising industry. Caroline oversees the general management and financial reporting of the portfolio of properties in TCG.

Hendra Iskandar Lim - Hendra Iskandar Lim is a civil engineer and has over 30 years of experience in construction in Indonesia and Melbourne, Australia. He has been involved in large building and development projects including the construction of a large factory for Toyota/Mitsubishi and a major hotel development in Indonesia. Hendra is skilled in negotiations with contractors and overall strategic planning.
Bobby Iskandar Lim - Bobby is a quantity surveyor and construction economist. Hehas over 15 years of experience in the property industry. He is highly skilled in project management as well as off-shore marketing of projects.
